Scandic Västerås.

Dåligt bemötande när hag ringde och bad om en resesäng till vistelsen. Samt att samma rum bar 400kr dyrare än veckan innan. Annars var allt toppen med hotellet.

Jätte trevligt hotell, bra mat och bra frukost! Extra plus för 2 lekrum, pingis, playstation och ett rum för dom mindre barnen! Det som drar ner betyget lite är att det inte fanns någon ac på rummen vilket gjorde rummet lite till ett växthus på kvällen, gick heller inte att stänga av golvvärmen på toan, men personalen gjorde sitt bästa och vi fick fläktar!

Ett hotell med lite av allt!

Mycket prisvärt hotell, nära kokpunkten och stan. Något lyhört då hundar får följa med sina gäster. Mycket kunnig och bra och serviceinriktad personal på hela anläggningen. Mycket bra frukost och middag! Barnvänliga med, pool, pingis, övriga spel (ps4) + brädspel, tipsrunda och aktiviteter för stora och små. Störta nackdelen du måste boka mycket via QR kod på hotellet

Ett bra besök.

Första rummet vi fick var slarvigt städat men vi fick direkt bytt rummet till ett nytt. Bra service av personalen. Trevliga aktiviteter för barnen fanns och en väldigt omtyckt välkomstdrink fick dom. Dock va man tvungen att boka tid till poolen men det fanns inga lediga tider för oss att boka, lite tråkigt. Frukosten va väldigt bra! Överlag ett fint hotell och befinner jag mig i Västerås igen kan jag tänka mig att boka där igen.
