Pool and hot tub out of order. no notice. ripped dirty carpet. disgusting p warm coffee dont even bother trying to eat the breakfast food. no milk for cereal even. shakey elevator. tv doesn't work. sign says holiday in but inside says no it's independent owned. pot holes in parking lot. a real dump!

Nice hotel just needs to update carpet in the hallways it could trip someone especially with a walker. Pool also had too much chlorine, just standing next to the pool it was burning my eyes. Also we were awaken by the fire alarm that was not actually a fire.

Hotel stay because of weather and medical

We stayed because my daughter had a surgical procedure the next day. The night before surgery the weather called for freezing rain and ice. The restaurant was good for having a few standard meals. Pool, hot tub and being 7 mins away from the hospital. Rooms were nice but walls can use a deep cleaning. Carpet can be replaced…. We stayed on the 4th floor and after getting off the elevators the carpet was loose and stained in spots. Staff were amazing.

Property was great! Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was $12 for what is normally a free continental breakfast and they ran out of several items early. There were only 2 bath towels in the room and when I asked for more I was told they were out. Ice machine was only on the 4th and 6th floor.

Pool was a waste of time

Hotel and staff were nice, but the pool was basically unusable. There is something wrong with the pool room. Everything was wet, tables, chairs the floor and the ceiling. Not to mention that there was so much chlorine in the pool the air in the room burned everyones eyes. The kids didn't even want to try to swim again the second day, which says a lot.

The rooms are spacious and okay clean. The beds were very comfortable. Our window was fogged over so bad I couldn't see out and it was very drafty. The exercise rooms were okay and so was the pool. No towels in the pool area though. You have to go to the front desk to get them. And they charge you $10 for each towel you don't return back to the front desk. A little odd. No free breakfast provided. We went to Ihop.
