Great staff at both Front desk and Bar. Also, room was nice and clean.. Was disappointed that the pool was not open. Brought my bathing suit and expected to spend the afternoon at pool. It’s a big holiday.. I dont understand who made the decision not to have the pool open in time for people to enjoy… it’s a big American holiday!

Just a few minor things: When we arrived the desk clerk was exceptional checking us in. We arrived at the room and got settled in and cone to find out there were no toiletries left in the bathroom. The gentlemen desk clerk brought us up some immediately after finding out but thst shoukd have already in the room if it was serviced properly. Then I wanted to get some ice but there was no bag for the ice to be put in. The next thing is the tub didn’t look like it was fully cleaned and the water pressure was terrible. We have stayed here a coupje times before and this has never been like this.

The beds were comfy but our ceiling in our room was disgusting. It had a huge brown stain right before you walked to the beds like there was water damage. The ceiling was bulging some as well, the bathroom baseboards look nasty. Over all for us paying almost $300 for one night that room wasn’t worth that much!
