Our stay was really good. Room was clean and beds were comfy. This was my first time staying and I did have to ask for fresh towels and rags daily and I wasn't sure how to go about having the room cleaned each day I stayed because it was explained to me at check-in. The staff was always very friendly though and made sure to accommodate me in any way I asked.

⭐️ 1/5 Stars Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend We stayed one night for a business trip and were immediately disappointed. Upon entering the room, we were hit with a strong, unpleasant smell. After some investigation, we discovered a full case of empty beer bottles shoved under the bathroom sink—clearly a sign the room had not been properly cleaned. The floors and carpets were sticky, and after walking barefoot from the bed to the bathroom, my feet were literally black from the dirt. It was honestly one of the most unhygienic hotel experiences I’ve ever had. This stay left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and basic standards. We will not be returning.

I have now stayed there a total of 3 times and I am going on my 4th stay next week. The staff is absolutely amazing, so kind and caring! The rooms are welcoming and most importantly clean. I do stay there alone and feel extremely safe. I refer to Candlewood suites as my home away from home! Thank you guys for always making me feel so welcome so far from home ❤️
