The hotel is reasonably priced with great front desk and breakfast kitchen staff who are friendly and hardworking. The only thing I found negative about the area is it’s awkward to navigate walking without the help of Google maps. The streets are narrow and sidewalks are narrow or uneven.

3 nights at the accom after arriving in Istanbul. Access from Gayrettepe Metro is good. 20mins walk from the station. The staff are very friendly. A lady at the front desk speaks English well. Breakfast is simple and good enough. An old lady in the kitchen is lovely. Outside the hotel, there are a lot of community cats that are taken care of neighbours. Fair enough for the base of Istanbul city walk.

I’d say the staff at this hotel are awesome. They’re what make my experience worthwhile. They are friendly, helpful, dedicated, spontaneous and tentative to customers’ needs. My commendations to the front desk especially Mana and kitchen staff. Thanks for all your customer service!

I'm m a repeat customer of this hotel. This is my 3rd visit to Istanbul in two years time. On my first visit I chose this hotel merely because of price and location . What a pleasant surprise it was when I met the staff, all were very helpful and courteous. Cleanliness is top notch. Breakfast is good and all inclusive. 2nd visit same thing Now on my 3rd visit staff is changed, met manager Mana , she is exceptional, from check in to throughout the stay she made sure that everything is good, had a very minor insignificant issue with the room, she went overboard to take care of it A big thanks to her . Definitely it's a hotel of my choice now.

This is my first time being here in this hotel and it will never be the last time. The staff members all are polite and friendly. The receptionist were excellent all of them speak English. The room was clean and size comfortable. The break was accepted. The location of the hotel is great, if you enjoy walking you can reach chavier mall in 20 minutes, Gayrettepe metro station. And the most important point you can use the airport metro directly to gayrettepe station use M11 metro line. That is the important notes I noticed during my one week journey.

Not a horrible experience, but too much money for a mediocre hotel. Room was stuffy but I couldn't open the windows because no real blankets were provided. WiFi barely worked.

nice hotel, but the underfloor heating made the room unbearably hot and made sleep difficult. the aircon didn't seem to work, so had to open the window on a very cold night and suffer street noise..... Good breakfast, lovely shower

Güzel bir hotel, nazik yardım sever çalışanlar, güzel ve konforlu döşenmiş odalar, kahvaltı da güzeldi, merkezi ama bulunduğu sokaklar biraz dar, bize üçretsiz park yeri suna bildiler, ama 4 arabadan fazla park yerleri yok, extradan bebek yatağı verdiler sevindik, internet kısıtlıydı geldi gitti, bir daha tercih edebilirim, tavsiye edilir, teşekkürler.
