Receptionists are uninspiring and seems to be pretty bored in the job. No smile, no welcoming words. Rooms need to be painted properly and floor on balcony’s as well. A glass on the toilet was not checked and had tooth paste leftovers. In the night we had a sounds like a Nespresso machine every now and then. We had real much noise from street cleaning and other public services.

Great for a one night stay! It’s a 10 minutes from MUNICH HBF Station. So very convenient. It’s walking distance to restaurants and shops, 18 minutes walk to Mary Church and ST Peter’s. And there are nightclubs nearby as well. Clean, offers the basic shampoo soap (liquid, you have to squeeze the bottle). I had a good night and rested up pretty well. The staff was nice and welcoming! They have elevators, super plus.

There is nothing NOT to like about the Helvetia; it is my 4 th time staying here and my go-to choice whether I travel solo or not. Safe feeling, excellent location and a delicious smorgasbord is available on site; personelle are friendly & helpful. One gets a sound and quiet sleep at the Helvetia.

The property is clean, located near public transpotation, restaurants, shopping and tourism. You cannot check in early but they will store your luggage. They also have an elevator. There is construction next door so the noise wakes you up in the morning. We were there 3 nights. The internet is free but unsecured so make sure you have a hotspot. The breakfast is extra ans worth every euro.

Everything is great, but the locker room for luggage storage is not that safe as they won’t give you a tag or sth. People are nice, room is clean and big, the design of tap is too close to the sink a bit weird to use, but is large and the water pressure is good

We were satisfied with the room. Clean banyas, clean towels and sheets were enough for us. The people at the reception are very helpful and friendly. Transportation is very easy. You can walk to the center.
