Everything was great except the view and washroom layout. The view from our balcony was obstructed by another part of the hotel so you couldn’t see anything but a roof. The washroom door was difficult to open (the toilet was way too close to the door) also, the upper shower head did not work. The staff were friendly

Very safe and convenient location but the breakfast was always room temputure never hot which surprise me that they would not put the warmers on, and the place needed some TLC I had a patio which you can tell every age of it all it needs is to pull all those weeds out from between the metal bar and paint it. But overall it's a nice place to stay

Easy to get Georgetown and to the airport. Concierge and security services top notch. I felt very safe. As a matter of fact, I forgot to close the safety deposit box and was gone all day. I panicked when I returned and saw the safe open. Nothing was taken.

Good location but needs to work on the cleanliness of the property. The 1st night I arrived, the cashier by the poolside got drunk and was taken off duty. I ordered calamari with fries. The calamari was undercooked and white. The plantain fries were soft, and the fish was slobbered with batter. The waiter was trying his best to accommodate everyone. The bathrooms were horrible like it had not been cleaned for years; there was no lighting in the bathroom. The remote had no batteries, the room had a smell, and we had to open the balcony to have the room aired out. The security area next to the casino was like a hoarder's paradise, with beer bottles, hats, food boxes, etc., scattered about. One guest told me he had to change his room 3 times, one time due to roaches. This was supposed to be a prestigious hotel, especially since it is next to the stadium and the Demerara Bridge. Please re-establish the standard of this hotel

Breakfast was wonderful, the receptionist for taxi request was very polite and helpful. Room service spoil my time at the hotel. 2nd day no one change the towels, empty the garbage nor clean the room. After 9pm a supervisor came apologizing. On the 3 day, towels were removed but were not replaced. After 7pm a male housekeeper heard me complaining at the front desk, came and addressed my needs. Within the hour he came to the room with a colleague with fresh towels. I recommend managers/supervisors stress the importance of good customer service. No one would recommend a hotel if their service is bad.😟😢

Front desks does not answer the phones. Called several times before checking in no one answers. Tried to Make a reservation for the teppanyaki it was a push around and still no seating after trying for two days. Bathrooms downstairs are dirty by the dining area. Fortunately The poolside staff is excellent, they’re really nice people .

The hotel needs renovation. Whoever is cleaning the rooms are not doing a good job, the sink and the riser Ali the toilets are not being clean properly. They need improvement in keeping the place clean. Breakfast was good. I payed for an extra night on the same day I was supposed to check out, because my fl was 1159 at night. They did not clean my room. I also want to say something about Expedia. The last time I booked with then in the cozy apartment with pool in Sophia , Georgetown, Guyana , the place was a garbage. I made several complaints and they still have that place on their website. It’s a scam and bad neighborhood. They are also on travel best and you cannot rate it on Expedia or Travel next. Please be aware.
