Free parking with clearly marked spots. Perfect location in city center. The breakfast was made to order, served to the table and lots of options and amazing quality. The bed was very comfortable and our room has beautiful bathroom. Very friendly staff ❤️ Can highly recommend!

This place is a perfect blend of historic charm and cozy comfort. It was great for my mother/daughter weekend trip! The homemade breakfast was delicious, and the location is ideal—just a short walk from Newport’s downtown. Also, parking is free and eliminated the stress of having to find a spot. Highly recommended!

A beautiful, historic property that has been lovingly renovated on a quaint, quiet street. The owners Nicole and Chris were so welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was outstanding! The avacadoe toast and freshly brewed coffee live rent free in my head. Great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the harbor. You will love this inn and your time in historuc Newport, Rhode Island.
