The hotel is being renovated, but we felt very welcomed. Our room was perfect. The staff member bent over backwards to make sure of this, telling us to let her know if we needed a different room. Would definitely recommend your hotel to anyone!

just as good as last visit

The parking area is open, but seems secure. The region is all upscale people storage, shops, restaurants, retail. clean and up to date. I stayed in a room similar to my visit 2 weeks earlier. There are minor signs of the previous condition of the hotel, which is being completely renovated. My room was comfortable, as was the bed. The shower was the best thing: a real walk-in shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers rather than the outdated, silly little bars of soap and tiny bottles.

Great place for the price and location

The hotel is undergoing renewal/renovation. As such, there's a constant odor in the hall of paint, construction adhesive, new stuff. The furniture is being replaced, so, for example, my room had a desk chair that had damage. There is evidence of the age of the building in various spots, but overall, the appearance and state of repair is good to new. Parking is convenient in their lot it's easy to get to of I-70 and there's plenty of dining options close by.

Property appears dated inside and out. Carpet in rooms stained in many areas. Very low to floor toilets, heavy door for even a bathroom and limited space to get in and out of shower or use toilet. Exterior of building shows need of care as well as landscaping. Comfortable bed with nice bedding. Attempts have been made to update decor.

Even so, we weren’t bothered by the renovations. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows weren’t great. Food options nearby the hotel were plentiful. The continental breakfast was adequate, but pretty standard for this price point of a hotel.

My kids loved the pool. The bathroom was immaculate but the sink was slow draining but didn’t bother me. Beds suck and hard as hell (nothing anything the staff can do about it). Staff was amazing and friendly and overall clean, quiet and no major issues!
