Slow check in

I was at the hotel in March and again in September, and both check-in processes was extremely slow and I travel all the time. The hotel is connected to a mall, which is convenient for picking up things that you need on the road and the room service include was very good. Just be sure to prepare an advance to leave some time for a check in and check out so you’re not late for appointments.

Local maravilho, o que não foi legal foi o tipo de acomodação. Fiz reserva de uma acomodação com vista panoramica para o rio, identica ao que havia feito anteriormente, entretanto, chegando ao local disseram que não era a mesma acomodação. Houve alteração no hoteis.com dos tipos de acomodação, onde criaram uma nova categoria depois que havia reservado, ficando minha reserva em uma categoria abaixo. Credito o erro e falha ao hoteis.com, entretanto, não foi ajustado pelo hotel a falha.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, quarto limpo com camas confortáveis e com vista belíssima, café da manhã muito bom. O atendimento geral é muito bom também O ponto crítico é o banheiro, que além não tem portas, tem um rasgo na parede que acaba com toda a privacidade que um ser humano merece ter. A ausência de ducha higiênica também é um ponto negativo
