I really liked the king bed room set up, it was a little different than the normal hotel room set up and very roomy. The front desk staff was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. My only complaint was that I was never able to login to the internet, too weak of a signal.

The stay served it’s purpose. Late arrival sleep in clean bed. One bath towel for two guests but there were two pool towels. No hangers. Breakfast included but No ice, no coffee. Other breakfast food was fine. Corporate needs to finish the upgrade it’s started. Chairs in breakfast area have reached life expectancy, all chair seats are split. Staff was pleasant and working with what they had.

The hotel is going through a lot of renovations that I did not know about there was trash in the hallways. The roof is leaking. The bathroom was not up to par. The room itself was not what I thought. I thought I had a suite that was just a room that was large. I feel like I paid too much and the breakfast was not good at all. It was cold. Very unacceptable.

Showed up no rooms available until after 4pm, when check in was 3pm. The breakfast was barely a breakfast, runny eggs, no milk for the cereal, coffee was not coffee. The team was so beaten down by either lack of help or really poor management. They were all crass and not customer friendly. Its the reason it was so inexpensive. I wouldnt stay there again.

Overnight stay - great sleep

I chose this hotel due to the wonderful reviews. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Reviews stated this was updated but we mustve gotten one of the originals. Shower head and spigot disnt work properly. Tub felt like you were going to fall through it. In the dining area the fireplace had an extreme need for cleaning. Breakfast was good although no fruit and limited on variety. With all that being said.... my husband who compares all hotels beds to our one at home... he said the mattress at this hotel was AMAZING!!! He's a tough critic. We would definitely stay again.

Recently renovated, so it’s a solid 3 star property. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The hotel is near the airport…so periodically planes pass over…throughout the night, 2 airplanes passed over. Depending on how close it flys over, it is either relatively reasonable for what you’d expect, or it sounds like you’re next to a rocket ship launching off.

Room was ok. No ice bucket and ice machine our floor was broken. The staff seemed as though they could less if you were there. Exterior in back is all messed and access from there was hard. Also they serve free breakfast but no coffee in breakfast area. Supposed to go to your room and get it. But there’s no cream or sugar in your room. Will not he going back there.

I waited about ten minutes at the front desk and finally had to go down hallways to find someone help me check in. Finally did and he was very nice and extremely helpful, but undoubtedly understaffed. The building had just been renovated, but the seats on the dining chairs were all ripped up? What??? The room and rest of the building was all new. Maybe they were waiting for new ones?? If so, a sign notifying hotel guests of what was happening, would have been helpful. An eyesore like that may turn guests away from Comfort Inn and Suites, plus delayed help.

Poorly insulated walls and ceiling not "Comfort In

Paper thin walls apparently, noise from upstairs room of someone banging on the floor. Could also hear someone snoring next door. Registered complaint with desk, they were sympathetic but could not or would not do anything to abate the noise. Also the layout of the room is poor. An overhead reading floor lamp placed behind an armchair is so low that it is almost on top of the chair occupant's head. The most regretful part of this stay is that we paid an almost 50% markup by Hotels for the privilege.

Terrible service and communication

Stayed here for one night. Biggest complaint is that when I tried to leave in the morning there was no one at the front desk. There was just a sign that said they were out to help another guest. The hotel was advertised as 24/7 service, but the entire lobby was empty and the place seemed deserted. It was also advertised as complimentary breakfast, but there was nothing going on. I wish that this had been communicated when we checked in the day before, but there was no notice. The phone number to the hotel also didn’t work. After waiting for 40 minutes, I had to call the main number for Comfort Inn and they used an emergency number. Luckily, someone came in through the front door after that and was also surprised to find out that no one was at the front desk. Not to mention that the beds were uncomfortable :( so I definitely won’t come back.
