Great Stay

Our stay was very quiet and cozy! We had a balcony overlooking the harbor. The sunsets were beautiful! The room was perfect! It was clean and quiet.

Perfect Location for Visiting Channel Islands.

We stayed here the night before going to Channel Islands. We could not have picked a better location, drove 3 minutes to Island Packers. We loved looking at the sunset over the marina. They had soap/shampoo/conditioner on the wall which was awesome. Front desk was very helpful & breakfast was really yummy with hot & cold options. We did have some noisy neighbors partying on the balcony late until the night, which could happen anywhere though.

Great stay!

Clean property and room and friendly staff! Morning people were friendlier than the night staff for sure, but the night staff wasn’t rude by any means, just not as helpful and kind of short with my questions. The harbor view was beautiful! Our only complaint was that the breakfast staff was rude and even though breakfast was done at 10, the potato’s and meat were gone at 9:30 and they were upset when we asked if there would be more and then brought some potatoes out cold. Other than that, everything was as expected.

Spectacular all Around!

This hotel was spectacular. The setting was right on the harbor with lots of sailboats sitting gracefully! There was a walkway all around the harbor with shops and restaurants. My room was beautiful in both architecture and cleanliness. The staff made sure I was well taken care of and enjoying my stay.

Careful booking for 5 people in a room!

I booked a room for our family of 5. When we arrived I was told there was no fold out couch and they wouldn’t give us a roll away as they said it was against fire code. Our room was huge and we found that hard to believe. Even the maintenance man that brought us extra bedding couldn’t understand why we didn’t get one. So my son had to sleep on the floor.
