Good waterpark, subpar hotel

Water park was very nice and well maintained with friendly lifeguards. The hotel itself needed more comfortable furniture/beds, more lighting (we were in the largest family suite with 5 kids), and could have been better cleaned. For the price with the waterpark it was definitely worth it though.

Pool area could use updating, paint was noticably peeling off walls and lack of water tubes on weekends. Many pool activites for a small area, nicely laid out. Arcade had multiple out of order games. Nice clean rooms. Front desk and housekeeping staff was friendly. Good stay, but not somewhere I'd go out of my way to stay again.

The room we had was on 2nd floor and the room directly above us was very loud and disturbing from the time we checked in which was about 5pm until 10pm. I called the front desk to complain and they said they couldn't do anything until quiet time which is 10pm. They did quiet down but woke us all at 7am with all the disturbing noise again. Very unpleasant stay. Will not go back again. Also had to wait for over a ha l f hour for a luggage cart which i felt was unacceptable.
