The level of hospitality was amazing and deserves to be recognized. They were very accommodating with our misplaced luggage and also providing an efficient laundry facility. I called to confirm the pool was available. The only reason I booked this room at $160 bucks. Drive 2.5 hours to find out that the pool is under construction and has been for a while. I brought my kids just to swim in the pool and hang before they had to leave for their moms. Just crap. Crappy service.
