Don’t do it. Sink in room doesn’t work, Elevator doesn’t work, and not a soul at the facility cares. People stand at the swim up bar all afternoon and night and never see them get out to use the Lou. The bartender will never even glance back to see if anyone on the other side wants a beverage. The place is straight up filthy. IF you go to the beach club which they seem to be proud of in their advertisement keep in mind they have their repeat customers so you will be ignored and then once you are finally served, it’s all subpar, get ready to hunt down someone who will help you pay your bill so you can leave. The following morning it was no small feat to get a simple warm cup of coffee. With my last 806 characters, I’ll add in, they made darn sure to come by and check the minibar at 9 AM while we were trying to get dressed to go to the airport. Cheers!

Cheguei no hotel às 12 horas fui almoçar no restaurante deles que cobram um absurdo pela comida e tem a coragem de por no prato 3 colher de arroz cobram caro e regram a comida. Após o almoço as 14 hrs fui pegar minha chave quarto nenhum estava pronto e uma camareira só pro hotel inteiro essa a impressão que dá pois os quartos não prontos hotel sujo áreas de laser suja recepção suja apenas 2 computadores e 2 atendentes chegaram umas 20 pessoas ou mais em grupo ai se tornou mais pessimo o atendimento tive de falar com a gerência pra conseguir o quarto já era 14:30 quando fui me arrumaram 1 outro quarto que não era o meu com o ar muito barulhento. Enfim nele não fico mais e por ter nome de resort eu achei bem precário bem sujo deixa a desejar em vários quesitos
