Great hotel!

Great stay! The two rooms we had with on suite baths looked recently renovated. The beds were very comfortable. It was clean and with the windows closed we couldn’t hear any outside noise during the morning hours. No AC, but that wasn’t a problem's as the temperatures go down during the evenings.

Good comfortable stay in the old Town of Chur

Stayed for 1 night ahead of using the bernina Express. Overall, a good comfortable stay. Whilst the wider hotel is not presented fantastically well and would benefit from a bit of modernisation, the triple room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfy. The location was very good in the old town and was easy to find, within 10 mins walk of the train station. The breakfast option was also good, including gluten free bread. And the staff were very welcoming on arrival. So overall we found this to be a very good option for staying the one night in Chur.

Wonderful Stay in Old Town Chur

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Drei Könige! The receptionist was incredibly helpful and kind — she even provided us with a parking pass for the nearby free overnight parking, which made things so much easier. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the location is perfect — just a short walk to all the charming shops and restaurants that Chur has to offer. One thing to note: guests will need to use stairs to reach the reception area, which might be good to keep in mind when arriving with luggage. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Chur - lovely town, conveniently located hotel

Very good! Perfect to stay a few days. 10-15 minute walk from train station. Hotel is in a great location. Rooms appear to be recently renovated and while sparsely furnished comfortable and there is a kettle in the room with paper cups for hot drinks. The cups were on the small side but workable. The bathroom is a great size and was clean. The floor in the room is solid surface and is probably swept but needs to be mopped/wet cleaned.

Very pleasantly surprised with the space and quality of the room. Not the flashiest but very clean, great and flexible service and in an excellent location. Far better than some of the brand hotels we stayed in on our tour at 3 times the price.

Two flights of stairs upon entering hotel not ideal when carrying three large suitcases. Bedroom small and work being done to ceiling on our corridor but not whilst we were there. Didn’t have a breakfast but did have one evening meal which was really nice. Location was great for the town and a short walk from the railway station.

Traditional Hotel with clean cosy rooms

Room was pleasant, sink in the room as bathroom a little small but shower good. Pillows were not great as had no stuffing. Good location easy walk from train station. We didn’t have breakfast as leaving early. Room was cosy & warm, but would be too warm in the summer without a fan. This hotel has several steps up to the reception to check in so with a heavy bag was not ideal. There is a tiny lift up to the rooms only.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Drei Könige! Although the front desk is only open from 8am to 8pm, we arrived in Chur quite late—around 10pm. Thankfully, the hotel made the late check-in process incredibly smooth by sending us clear and thorough instructions ahead of time. Everything was easy to follow, and we were able to access the hotel without any issues. The room itself exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, beautifully renovated, and spotlessly clean. The linens were crisp and fresh, and the bathroom was a good size with a modern feel. It was the perfect space to unwind after a long journey. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the effort they put into making guests feel welcome, even after hours. Would absolutely recommend staying here, and we’d love to return in the future!
