Your manager was pleasant and understanding but your housekeeping manager was horrible. According to ADA, im only required to state if my animal is a service animal and what he is trained to do. Instead i was made to bring a note from my doctor which violates HIPPA, your housekeeping manager was always giving mean stares at me and my animal and made it clear she was not happy i had my service dog with me. Overall, room was comfy and nice. There are permanent guests and on saturday evening, police came due to domestic abuse.

Seemed like people were living there long term, drug activities apparent. Staff was really nice. No trash can in room. No wash clothes. No TV remote.

Room had no towels, no toilet paper, no tv, gang writing on the mirrors. Missing the very basics. If they just provide basic things maybe it would be a good hotel. Somebody is not doing their job and needs to be replaced.
