My family and I travel to Mexico every Christmas, and we ALL agree that this was by far our favorite hotel / resort to date. At every moment, you feel completely swallowed by lush green plants. All of the staff are extremely helpful and kind. The food was fabulous. And of course, the piece de resistance is it's own cenote in the heart of the property. While not along the beach, the beach is extremely close and we did not feel it lacked at all. 10/10 stay!

The property was better than expected. It was very relaxing, the site is gorgeous and being surrounded by so much nature was breath taking. Staff was very friendly and since there was not much traffic this time of the year we had quick access to a lot of places. Super recommended.

I liked the place, a lot. It’s private, and the staff are phenomenal. I went to them with several questions, and always got good answers. I talked to one of the owners, and complimented him on the staff. I recommend staying there. There is a cenote on the property, that has been incorporated into the hotel grounds.

Kan Tulum is an absolutely beautiful property. It felt like an oasis every time we arrived back at the property.
The staff were all very kind and helpful with anything that we needed. I would highly suggest staying here if you are looking for relaxation and escape.
My only suggestions would be to add a kettle with some coffee in the rooms as the coffee bar is quite expensive. And maybe a few snack options to the menu for those that just want a little something by the pool.

Kan hotel treated us like VIPs during our stay. We loved the relaxing ambiance and all of the staff were so friendly. Kan hotel seriously was the highlight of our entire trip to Tulum, so we definitely recommend staying here.
