The room was spotless. the bed fresh and soft!!! THe staff amazing!!!! So attentive. If i ever got back it would just be for the staff the locals were very rude but the best past of my stay was just the hotel staff it really save my trip. I would absolutely recommend this place to stay in Isla Mujeres.

Everything was almost perfect for adults wanting to RELAX no activities no load music plenty of chairs by pool and beach beach small but big enough since resort was practically empty my biggest complaint was lack of food choices they only have 2 restaurants open for lunch and dinner with the same menu every day we stayed 6 nights and were disappointed

The staff, without exception, were delightful - charming and helpful. Facilities were very good, the pool and beach were lovely but it would have been nice to have a few more Watersport options.Overall the food was very good - especially from the food truck and the pool bar ... but it is a shame that the menu in both main restaurants does not change at all. Also surprising was the fact that the steak menu was an extra charge ... and finally, that a bottle of quite ordinary wine was incredibly expensive

We loved our stay at Almare, few things I noticed, understaffed, restaurant menu’s limited, the golf cart option with the resort is super expensive, could feel they are new and still in the process of training. The good things I noticed, very clean, modern and luxury resort, the food quality is great compared to other all inclusive’s, healthy food options, if you’re a gym rat you will be happy, the drinks are delicious. The hotel was nice. The staff was great, especially the pool and beach staff. The property is small, with no real activities or entertainment. The activities were morning yoga, and a crafts/pottery class in the evening...so if you enjoy a show or dancing after dinner, this is not the resort for you. There's no poolside games or music. The hotel is definitely not a 5 star property, maybe 4, and they have staffing issues. But...if you enjoy the beach, paddle boards, or canoeing, it's a great location... beach area is small but the water is calm and shallow.

This was the best luxury, adults-only resort that I have been to in Mexico. The food was exquisite and did not taste like resort food. It was intimate and the staff was wonderful. If you can get their private boat from the Renaissance directly to the resort (and back), then stay here!
