One of the best holiday we have had so far! I know may people have commented on how beautiful the grounds of this property is, but i need to reiterate that is wonderfully gorgeous. The staff could not do enough to ensure our comfort, they were so courteous, warm and welcoming. I travelled with my teenagers and we had a fantastic few days. Thanks to the hardworking staff at Jolie Luxor.

GOOD: Great location with a calm Nile view. Big and comfortable room. Different swimming pools. Well-equipped gym. Good buffet breakfast with vegetarian and vegan option. NEGATIVE: parking is far from the reception. it's supposed to have a golf car bur it was never around. We ordered vegan burger but was vegetarian with mayo inside. No late check out available but we could take a shower in the gym facility (cold shower).

This place is absolutely beautiful. Amazing view of the Nile. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is so much beauty on the Island. The food options were really good and resonably priced. We loved our stay here and would higly recommend.

The Staff were helpful & Kind and very cooperative but the room facilities were not in good conditions as one time there was no hot water & needs to wait for sometime until they send the maintenance to solve the problem , also some other parts in bathroom was not working well & they send maintenance to repair it , more than one time electricity cutted off for some time

This place was a million times better than anywhwere else we stayed including the nile cruise. If i had to do it again Luxor and this place would be my hub. The beds were comfy, the kids had room to play, the pool was nice, and we felt safe.

Peaceful Retreat

Four incredible nights and five magical days in Luxor. The staff are extremely hospitable and welcoming. We felt safe and at home. Highly recommend this resort! Very well kept rooms, nice and clean. The spa was so special we went multiple times, they offer a variety of relaxing packages. Clean gym with a good selection of machines. Stunning views from each pool. Beautiful gardens throughout the entire property. Wonderful selection of restaurants, we also ordered room service for midnight treats and it was delightful! If you wish to request for airport transportation be sure to coordinate 24 hours prior. We are excited to return!

An absolutely beautiful hotel in the most amazing grounds. Staff can’t do enough to help, service is outstanding. Facilities are outstanding - huge manicured gardens with tropical trees and plants, volleyball, tennis, 3 pools (importantly one is heated!), spa (extra charge, not cheap) petting zoo/farm, several boats waiting to take you across the river, taxis on demand (very cheap), travel agent in the lobby to book tours (at only a day’s notice). Buffet restaurant plus a la carte Italian, Asian and kebab restaurants and a bar. Food is good. All rooms are spacious and have comfy balconies or terraces, all with Nile or garden views (or both)
