The staff from reception to security were super friendly. The breakfast was made to order, fresh and delicious. The location is perfect. Its close to the ferry port and all the tasty restaurants. Theres even a little store to buy water and a few groceries for the full kitchen in our room. Our balcony looked over the pools on the property. We can see the planes go by as we werent far from Tropic Air airport. Will definitey stay here again.

Well, the property was originally built years ago. New owners are really trying to bring the property up-to-date. There is building going on on the site. They are improving and making more rooms for guest overall great stay.

Everything on the resort was very clean and taken care of. The pool bar/restaurant is closed. The hotel is right behind the runway strip for tropic air. Planes depart at 630AM so that was annoying.

Lovely rooms and friendly staff. No real food options beyond a very expensive pool bar which doubled as the hotel 'restaurant' for the morning. Pool was lovely but incredibly noisy due to runway directly behind it and planes continually arriving and departing from 6am onwards.

This is a fantastic property- it’s not in San Pedro town but it’s not horribly far either. There is a fantastic chef and bartender that serve food 8am -9 pm and they are fabulous. They’re hospitality was a 10. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are clean and spacious. I will share that the landing strip for San Pedro airport runs directly behind the pool- but it really didn’t bother us at all. You can’t hear it from your room.

The girls at the from office were so nice and helpful. They let our group of eight people leave all of our bags while we waited a couple hours to check in. The room is immaculate and the a/c didn't quit. The remote for the fan didn't have batteries so we couldn't turn the fan down and maintenance had left before we noticed. All in all it was a great experience.

The first room we got was at a construction site though they had room in other buildings that were available. The view from the terrace was No other than the construction workers transportable outdoor toilet. Got a New room when complainted but should not be necessary.

At check-in we were given a room right next to very loud ongoing construction on a new building at the hotel. The hotel was not full as our stay was in the off season. There were many other rooms available. After not getting a straight answer on the hours of construction activity, we were finally given another room in a very quiet area. The new room was excellent. The rooms were modern and very clean. The hotel location is not really convenient. You must rent a golf cart if staying there.

The hotel is under construction and it didn't say that on the website when booking the room. The website stated breakfast included but it wasn't because of construction. We were locked out of our room after coming back at night because our key card didn't work. It kept blinking red when we tried to get in the door. We called the Whats App number given to us incase we had a problem but the number didn't work. After sitting outside for about 20 minutes, two guys came from around the corner and one happened to be a maintenance guy for the property. He was with a customer who was concerned about getting into his room. We asked him to help us get into our room. He came upstairs and let us in. It was a very traumatic experience for us because we thought we would have to sleep outside.
