A lovely place to stay within easy walking distance of the city. Staff were polite and efficient. Rooms were warm and spotlessly clean.
The shower was wonderful except for the slipperiness of the floor which would have benefited from a non slip mat. I have recently broken my wrist so would have benefited from a grab rail too

Nice hotel. Staff are friendly. Location is good walking distance to York city centre. Nice facilities. Wifi is weak. I had a room next to railway but it was not bad. Parking is a bit difficult and had to pay daily.
