Dusty Room

We booked 2 family rooms and the room was full of dust seems not cleaned for quite a while. We requested to room cleaning only to be cleaned the night before we checked out. by the way we stayed there for 3 nights. We slept in the room for 2 nights without our room cleaned despite requests and hanging the clean up room tag on our outside door. I would not recommend this hotel

No hot water remains acceptable in Philippines… No TV working… ok I don’t watch TV. No food. Hard when you arrive late, had to take a cab to downtown. Extremely poor wifi. I had chosen this hotel for the gym.. it was closed! And the rooms are very very very old…

Building old and dirty. Needs upgrade and even the bed sheets need to change a newer. Hallway is dusty and also the wall and windows needs clean. No hot water when I took a shower. The location is good near some shopping malls, staff are all friendly, rooms are ok but no hot and cold shower, it has an outdoor pool, but seems nobody wants to swim as the water may not be changed regularly

This place is grossly misrepresented by several travel sites including Expedia. Even the bell guy there told me people say that all the time. The pool was so dirty you couldn’t even see the bottom. The rooms were dirty (I moved immediately after seeing the first room) second room was just as bad. WiFi didn’t work at all. Grounds looks terrible. My wife and I left after about 20 minutes of waiting for reception to tell me they wouldn’t refund me. Also Expedia refused to refund me. I’ll never use this service again and definitely won’t return to that terrible hotel.
