The Morgan Hotel

Overall my stay at the Morgan hotel was very disappointing. We went down to San Simeon to visit the Hearst Castle. I will say on one positive note, that the all the staff we spoke with throughout our stay were very nice. With that being said, pretty much everything else about the stay at the Morgan Hotel was a let down.

However, there are several issues to note: the rooms do not have air conditioning, the bathroom had ants crawling in it, the pillows were stiff, the blackout curtains do not close completely, and the continental breakfast no longer includes hot items like eggs and sausages.
