Lobby was slightly musty smelling, room was big and had 2 TVs which was nice. 90% certain the smoke detector wasn’t hooked up. Watched it and never saw any lights. My wife said the bed was hard. Ac worked good, shower had cracks in the wall around it. Breakfast was ok. I should have spent the extra $12 and stayed at Hyatt place.

Great customer service when checking in. I wasn’t to happy about them charging us $100.00 was told it was refundable if room was good nothing broken. They need to have a bell in the front desk when we went to check out no one was there I just left room cards there so idk how there going to give my refund back we left we were running late to a Dr appointment . There was no hot water in our room so we all took cold showers, there was no hand soap in our bathroom, and there was a used comb in the pull out sofa bed. We got to breakfast with an hour to spare and what little was left was cold and the breakfast sausage was sour tasting. I'm not sure if this was actually a La Quinta or if they just kept the name and it's different ownership because it was just not a regular La Quinta experience.

I’m not satisfied because I have to leave a deposit of $100.00 and the front desk person told me that my money is back in my account in two days. And bad service I. The breakfast, and is not bottled water for the coffee in the room. Very bad service.
