Good restaurant. Comfy beds with great AC in rooms. Beautiful scenery and gardens.
Be aware accommodations are duplexes up a hill with walking to your rooms only. Cars are left down at reception. Golf cart was not working when we arrived. Not recommended for people with limited mobility.

Amazing location - out in jungle living amongst the animals. We saw tons of birds, and other wildlife and had an amazing view to the Arenal volcano.
Staff was helpful and friendly and the pool was nice and hot.
The restaurant and breakfast was okay, but not as good as the other things.

This was a great hotel for us. Traveled with my family of 3 and stayed in the villa. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good AC. Had a nice view of the volcano even though it was overcast and rained everyday. Staff was very polite, helpful, and replied to requests almost immediately. Pool was beautiful. Restaurant and breakfast were very good. Safe and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

View of volcano from part of pool. Great drinks and friendly staff. Saw toucans and hummingbirds. Stayed in presidential suite which is the only villa that can be parked at all other villas you must park at main lodge and take golf cart or walk. Breakfast was excellent!!!!!

Loved our stay at Hotel Mountain Paradise! The place is beautiful, with amazing views of Arenal Volcano right from the doorstep, and beautiful rainforest all around. And all the animals around! Our bungalow was spacious, clean, and felt very private. The staff was friendly and always happy to help - they even helped us out with the travel crib for our little one. The hot pools was a great bonus and perfect for relaxing after a day out, or even during the rain. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend if you’re visiting La Fortuna!

We spent 3 nights at Paradise Mountain Hotel, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very unique and very clean! We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda and looking at the scenery. So beautiful and quiet. We would definetlt stay there again. The pool was nice and qas nice to have a bar menu if you do not want a full meal at the resturant.

We had a very nice stay. I would go back. If you have mobility issues the cottages are uphill a bit but you can take a ride in a golf cart. WiFi in the back cottages was spotty but I think that is common. The view was amazing and our kiddos enjoyed the unique shower.

The reason we gave 5 stars is because of the very friendly helpful staff! We are very picky about beds and pillows and we slept really well! Even though this place needs updating it provides everything you need! Breakfast was awesome too! We saw toucans the minute we got there and heard howler monkeys. We loved the rustic atmosphere and authentic scenery! Our view was of the volcano too! How can you complain! Bar was fun at the swim up pool! We recommend this place for families! Close to everything too!
