Quaint hotel in a lovely, slightly off the beaten track, area of D.C..
Property needs a little TLC, but the general hotel, and our room, were very clean. Room was well sized.
Kitchenette was tired, but had most of what we needed. The shower pressure was poor, and the sofa bed was awful. If you're travelling as a four in one room, perhaps consider other hotels who can appropriately accomodate; our 9 year olds were not impressed, and they love a sofa bed!
The check in and out process was good, and the people/staff even better. If you're happy to walk 30 minutes (or metro in 15) to the sites, are not all about aesthetics, like a quiet spot, .can live with a weak shower, and value good staff, this is a decent hotel. Our issue was we value some of the aforementioned a little more than the hotel could offer.
