It is an amazing resort, they attend to your every need, couple issues with the WiFi and room not being fully equipped like I am use to, the food and drinks is better than most all inclusive on the island, be prepared to have some patience the lobby is far away from the rooms including pool area. Premium is the best option if you would like to enjoy your stay better.

The hotel is a 9 out of 10. We upgraded to the Platinum package, and it was worth it. We had access to a better room with ocean views, fantastic food and drinks. The beach was amazing. All 3 pools were clean, not crowded and they were constantly cleaning to keep the place tidy. The food was good. They don't have too many premium drinks and the entertainment shows at night could be better. However, the Michael Jackson Show was great. The service staff was attentive and helpful. The Spa was very good. Highly recommend the green tea wrap massage package which included time in the sauna, the actual wrap, jacuzzi to wash off and the hydropool with massage jets. The nature preserve is a nice touch to walk around and get your steps in. So many cool lizards, flamingos, turtles, and ducks.
