Very nice hotel in beautiful Guanajuato

The staff were very helpful during check-in and check-out - storing my luggage and arranging a cab. The breakfast was delicious. My only concern was the stairs in the room - rushing to get downstairs for check out, I slipped on the bottom stair in the room and fell, bruising my arm.

A lovely hotel, with very friendly, helpful, and responsive staff the location is great for seeing the sights of Guanajuato, though it can get loud during the evening and nights as there’s 2 bars down the street. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast served at the hotel restaurant was about as tasty as any other establishment in town. Overall, great value for the price of the stay.
