6/10 Good

Convenient place

A basic motel, close to Highway, airport, and BART (and you can hear them all!). Bed was good. Location fit our needs.
Virginia, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Clean and in good condition. Wifi was weak. Felt mostly safe staying there. Good value.
Robert, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice quiet motel. Clean room with up to date furnishing and design. Maid service good. Must have a car because there are no restaurants or stores nearby, other than one Mex stand with instant coffee

Very clean and had everything we needed. Definitely needed a thicker blanket though.
Cassondra, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

This is a comparatively low cost motel. On the positive side, our room was very clean. Unfortunately, it was also very small, with two twin beds barely 3 ft from one another. There was no closet in which to hang or store things. There was also no in-room coffee, and we were not sure if any coffee was available on the premises. This motel is located in a bad part of town, with homeless camps and graffiti and abundance. The motel itself is fenced off, so we felt relatively safe. Nonetheless, we will probably not stay here again and pay more for a better location.
John, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was clean and price good. This was the second time that we stayed here for one night.

6/10 Good

The location of the hotel was bit remote, no restaurants or supermarkets nearby, easy self-parking, mini-fridge and microwave oven in the room.
2-night trip

6/10 Good

I mean it was “alright” noisy throughout the entire night with lots of “suspicious” activities. Room was fairly clean few stains on sheets floors little dirty but everything can’t be perfect.
Noah, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Good room. Scary area.

The inside of the room was great. Looked like it was just renovated, fresh paint and all that. The room had hardwood floors, which is always a bouns for me, comfy-ish bed, nice shower, clean bedding and towels. The room was grate but the area is a bit sketch. Definitely not a place to stay with kids or if youre travelling alone.
Thomas, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Clean hotel and helpful staff, readily accomodating my needs. Freshly furnished rooms and comfortable mattress. Easy check in and check out. Uber showed up in less than 3 minutes. Ride to Oakland airport took less than 10 mins.

We just needed a place to sleep on a busy holiday weekend. It worked. The room was fine. Im not sure about the neighborhood. Looked sketchy. Sirens and freeway noise all night.

Drive-by City it’s OK safe
JEFFREY, 1-night trip

Smelled like cigarettes

The room was decent sized. Location was very noisy. The roomed reeked of cigarettes despite it being non smoking. Luckily I only stayed for one night.
Jewel, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed here for 3 nights for a concert. The first night our linens smelled like vomit but thankfully we let the staff know and they gave us a fresh set. The rest of the room was pretty clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We Enjoyed our stay here. There is also a 24hr gym about 2 blocks away with free 3 day pass which was very very nice they had a huge pool sauna, basket ball court and more. Would definitely come back. *only down side is that it is located in sketchy area* besides that our neighbors were very friendly and we felt safe inside :)
Jannhel, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Quiet and convenient

The service was great, fast and easy check-in. The room looks amazing. Enough hot water to enjoy a nice shower or bath. Penlty of parking. The offer room service which is not affiliated with the hotel. I didn't gey room service but I would have if I have known. The bed was not that great, i have a bad back and it really didn't make things great. And the parking fee is a unnecessary charge.
2-night trip

8/10 Very good

We walked to the Oakland collisium for an A's game. There seemed to be an abandoned homeless encampment down the strech of road. The hotel room was small for our family, but we fit just fine. We were out most of the time anyways. We did feel safe. The noises we heard were from the staff cleaning. Room came with a microwave and mini fridge! The freeway is less than a mile away, so that could get loud. There were good food(Mexicana and Central American)trucks galore right outside the hotel! That was a pro! The walk at night to the stadium was about a mile and a half. Straight line. But there was a lot of trash a long the way.
Sara, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

I liked that the staff was responsive to my issues in my first two rooms, but the third room had a broken shower curtain rod. I didn't complain because it was the third room and a broken shower curtain rod only affected my bathroom experience. The first issue was with room A (even though non-smoking) a previous guest smoked in it. I have respiratory issues, so I couldn't stay there. The second issue with room B, the representative moved me to room B and room B was not ready for the next occupant. I found hair on a towel and the bed had a red make-up stain. Also the remote could not be programmed for the Philips TV. So when I got to room C, it was a relief that the broken shower curtain rod was the only issue. The rooms didn't supply hangers to hang my clothes. There were these knobs near the TV for hanging a jacket or a sweatshirt by the hood. But I could hang my slacks up or multiple dress shirts. Do not expect them to restock towels or make up the bed, even with a week's stay. I had to get my own replacement towels. Also, I was refused the service to make-up my bed. There's a parking fee charge. Which I am lost on why, because there are no teams playing games at Oakland Coliseum. FYI, parking fee on website was $5/day and it's $6/day. Some readers might think that a dollar is not much of a difference, but for someone like me who stayed a week, I was charged $42 instead of $35 for parking a vehicle. That was all the issues. I was glad that the heating unit worked.
