Péssimo! Na chegada fomos recebidos para o Check in com espumantes e sorrisos. Tudo muito bom até aí.. é característico do spa essa cortesia. Fomos orientados sobre os serviços ofertados pelo hotel spa e agendamos uma massagem para casal. Nosso cômodo ainda não estava liberado, mas tudo bem! Fomos informados que poderíamos nos trocar em qualquer lugar do spa. Chegando perto da hora da massagem, nosso quarto foi liberado. Subimos para nos trocar e NOSSAS MALAS não estavam no quarto. Solicitamos a recepção e nos informaram que iria subir logo. Passou mais um tempo, e nos ligaram para saber QUAIS ERAM NOSSAS BAGAGENS. Fomos conferir pessoalmente no hall e haviam PERDIDO NOSSAS BAGAGENS. Por fim, procuraram em câmeras e encontraram: ESTAVA EM OUTRO QUARTO. Enfim, perdemos o horário no spa e não houve reagendamento pois a casa estava lotada. Tudo “bem” até aí, até o spa nos informar que não seríamos cobrados pela massagem perdida. Pessoal, vcs PERDERAM NOSSAS BAGAGENS num hotel spa de 2mil a diária. Enfim, o spa decaiu bastante desde a última vez que o visitamos. Nosso quarto estava com toalhas sujas.. Não tivemos a experiência hotel spa do vinho que tentam vender. Há boutiques e pousadas de valor similar no vale, onde a experiência com certeza é melhor e com mais garantias. Uma pena! Não voltaremos.
