This was a great place to stay: a short walk to all the attractions of Taormina but also quiet. The staff members, especially Ivana at the front desk, were lovely and very helpful. The included breakfast was plentiful and I loved my room. My advice? Stump for a seaview room. You won't be disappointed.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay at the splendid. Found all staff that we came into contact with to be friendly and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable and the view was beautiful. I throughly enjoyed breakfast and loved the scrambled egg. We did use the rooftop bar on a couple of occasions after an evening out and enjoyed the drinks and the service.

Incredible Visit

This is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. Front desk was exceptional! Ivana made everything easy and provided detailed information about what to see and do. This is a beautiful property, and we had a beautiful room!! However, the staff is the best part about this property. They are kind and helpful. All the staff is great. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed it very much. Hope to return.

The hotel is very nice and has amazing views, do yourself a favor a book a room with a view it's so worth it. They provide complementary items, like shampoo, lotion, shaving kit & cream, body wash, waters and drinks. It's 4 min walking distance to the center of town close to shops and restaurants while still being a quite area and they have amazing service. A thousand percent recommended.

Splendid Hotel was a great place to stay to visit Taormina. Very central location and comfortable room. The only improvement I suggest is to use less scents in the public spaces; the lobby and hallways were often heavily perfumed which can be an irritant for people.

Hotel was stunning and well located about 5 minute walk from the main strip. under 10 minute walk to the cable cars to go down to beaches. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was a 25 euros per night (closes at 8pm) but very convenient. They bring your car back and forth for you as needed right to the front door. Breakfast was delicious with spectacular views. Highly Recommend!
