This place was perfect. You do not book a budget friendly hotel and expect a 5-star experience. For the value, this was exactly what we needed. We planned a trip to spend the entire time on the beach, meaning we just needed a place to sleep and shower. The condition of the room was good. It’s obviously an older building, but we knew that from the photos. They have done a good job of maintaining the property and providing a budget friendly option in a great location. You really cannot beat the location! We walked to breakfast and dinner and it was perfect! Will definitely stay here again.

(Toiletries and coffee/tea were weirdly arranged in the ice bucket and there wasn't any bar soap. The toilet wouldn't flush. Bed was really high. It was comfortable enough but the pillows weren't (not long and too fat.) I would stay again.
