Staff in general were good but the experience of breakfast very disappointing. Hard to fun a table that has been cleared, cleaned and relaid. In fact we had to lay our own. Shortage of cutlery, plates and glasses. Empty food trays including bread. Staff very slow to clear tables and some very miserable looking. Poor quality bacon. Coffee dispenser failed to work. Have stopped here many times before Will not return.

The place needs updating especially the bathrooms. And Mattress. However staff at Front Desk , restaurants and housekeeping are awesome. Walkable to town . They also let me check in Early after our flight ✈️ that was the best!!

Hotel was close to where we needed, for a family funeral over 4 days. The bedrooms very clean, with comfortable beds. Hotel was nice and all the staff were lovely, and friendly. We stayed during Santa visit (weekend) and the children ran up and down the corridors, banging on doors. Parents should be given a notice on arrival to tell them to manage their children, or inform everyone when booking it's a family hotel, we understand children get excited and want to play, but as paying customers without children, this did cause more stress.
