Too expensive vs what they offer

They emailed me, told them we were staying for our anniversary but they didnt prepare anything. Common areas need repair. Bar was closed at 10pm on independence day of all days! Definitely not worth the price.

Terrible!

The hotel is in pretty bad shape. We only spent one night there, and had to switch rooms once, in the middle of the night because the bathroom faucet was not working properly and leaked to the point of flooding the room. We were moved to a room that had an old, broken mattress and a non-working toilet. When we complained early the following morning, we negotiated free breakfast and a late checkout (which was the least they could do, given that we did not get a working bathroom or a proper bed). They agreed, but later called to say that we should only take one of the two things. This was a family trip, and we were planning to have a good time. Instead, we kept getting angry at the hotel all the time!

Fue un viaje muy agradable. Las habitaciones limpias, los baños recién remodelados, amenities. El desayuno buffet es especialmente rico, muy variado. Fuimos en la época de la feria del pueblo, lo que enriqueció el viaje con feria, juegos mecánicos y mucha diversión para todas las edades.

La habitación tenía mucho ruido de la otra habitación más arriba (No hay buena acustica), la sabanas estaban con manchados y la comida que ordenamos en la habitación llegó con los cortes duros y de mi esposa estaba al punto, mismo que puse muy claro que necesita "bem cocida". Hizo un pago más caro para una habitación con la vista para la montaña, sin embargo, me quedé con una vista para la alberca externa. No lo recomendo.

Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, albercas muy frías pero geniales para toda la familia. Lo único malo es el servicio, solicité un rastrillo 2 veces y nunca llegó, tuve que ir por el personalmente a recepción, además los meseros no se te acercan para ofrecerte algo

Todo estuvo muy bien, una feliz estancia. Las condiciones del hotel son muy buenas... Pero siempre se puede mejorar hay un área con pequeños estanques vacíos que no se ven nada bien . Y Unare de juegos que se llama La casa de los Robinson que se puede mejorar mucho y ser más agradable para los niños
