Good stay, delicious breakfast: one can order omelette, make waffles, multiple juices and smoothie available. Room rate booked via hotels.com didn’t include access to the swimming pool and saunas, would had been 15€/per person. This was not clearly mentioned on hotels.com room rate info. Room clean, spacious and beds very comfortable.

Discovered there’s no shower gel when taking a shower, air con noisy so has to be off. You have to pay €15 a day to use the spa. Don’t bother it’s small, when I went it was full of rowdy kids ruining any ambience. Staff at rooftop bar unfriendly

Poor service. And all extra fees for services that they market as hotel amenities is a very poor standard. Staff did nothing to try to solve problems, and Hotels.com’s information was insufficient. Paying 200€ per night and only including breakfast for one of the nights is unacceptable. I’d rather stay at the Hilton next time, that was much better.

It could be awesome, but the small details..

The hotel is located centrally and is in walking distance form the old town and harbour. Great restaurants are close by. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is great (once someone notices you for wanting a coffee). The room is spacious but some things just don't match. Like the bathroom has a 2 meter long mirror, but no sufficient lights. The bed is hard as a rock and in contrary the pillows are so soft that they are useless. As one of the tallest buildings in the country also easy to spot from far. With the height, you have an awesome top-floor lounge with stunning views. Unfortunately some elements like the chairs are very dated and squeaky, which you would not expect from this level of a hotel. It has all the foudation to be the best hotel in Estonia, but with the small details lacking, it has some work to do.
