My new favorite hotel

Rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. Slept like a baby never woke up once. Wish they mountain bike lock up boxes Over all I’ll stay here over and over. My new favorite hotel in bentonville. Close to many bike trail heads. Less than 5 min from the castle and many more. Has a bar and cheap convenience store drinks. Other hotels charge 5-7-9 dollars. Great stay

It was an okay stay. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The fitness center seems like it probably hasn’t been used for a long time - the treadmill didn’t work and the A/C was non-functioning (temp both days was 78 degrees). I didn’t try the breakfast. My go to place in Bentonville

When we entered our first room, it had not been torn by down by maid service. They immediately got us a new room, and everything was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy and well organized and the breakfast was awesome.

Desk, housekeeping and maintenance staff were all great. Ants were showing up in a corner, there was a steady dripping sound in the bathroom vent which was known, the east door was kept open with a zip tie allowing access to anyone.
