Nice comfortable Hotel

The hotel itself could use a renovation. However, the bed was super comfortable, the water was hot, the room was very spacious, and it had a great price. We've stayed here before, and we'll stay here again.

The room was clean and well-maintained. However, even though I made the payment through Hotels.com, this hotel charged me three additional times. I am having a headache trying to resolve this issue. Once again, I realized that I should never book through Hotels.com. A similar incident happened two years ago, and I suffered a loss back then — and it has happened again.

Best night’s sleep!!!

Best night’s sleep! The sheets and towels were so soft & clean! The shower was hot with great water pressure. The ladies checking us in were very accommodating and friendly. My only suggestions would be to add more security lights in the parking areas and some fresh paint on the room doors and elsewhere might liven up the place a bit.

It was actually very nice. Clean room, ac actually worked, beds were very comfortable and very quiet. Only issue I had was the pillows were to soft for me, but otherwise it was great.

Ok stay, very outdated & needs better cleaning

Location was convenient to the interstate. The standard King room was spacious. However, I have to agree with other comments. The hotel was very outdated, carpet (especially in the main hallways) was very dirty, half the mattress was comfy, the other sunk in, but most of all, there was very noticeable mildew in the shower all the way around (plus a vent just above the shower that made me feel uncomfortable). And, they require a $75.00 deposit when you check in that I do not remember seeing when reserving the room. Thankfully I did not see any bugs that others have complained about. Front desk staff not very welcoming.

The only positive to this hotel was that it was dog friendly and we were staying with dogs but it ends at that. The facilities were disgusting, incredibly unclean, stinky and sticky. Amenities were non existent, there were tiny, cheap and horrible quality toiletries, the pool was closed and the lights/ outlets in the room decided when and if they wanted to work which was rarely. The pet friendly areas were fine, they served their purpose and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
