2/10 Poor

Hotel advertised with restuarant and bar lounge .. neither only a a4 paper saying kitchen for rent !!! Not so much a hotel as a block of rooms with a faceless system of access doors.

2/10 Poor

The housekeeping staff talk rude and when y ask about hiter why not working the answers it was why you just not live??!! I am happy if you live! .i am very disappointed! 67 pound i can pay in every nice hotel in this areas! But i choose wrong!

10/10 Exceptional

Used this accommodation as a base to attend the R1 big weekend in Luton. Pricing was set to take advantage of this event, (fair enough), and it fulfilled the purpose well.
Joseph, 1-night trip

Room was next to a busy road so had lots of traffic noise and also planes flying from Luton airport. Would suggest some sort of noise cancelling for a restful sleep. Car parking is ok. Also, was told that I would receive the hotel VAT receipt via email but never received it inspite of numerous calls to the hotel.

Ok stay, ok price parking problem

Last minute booking, a quick stop over for 1 night, communication only over phone but found helpful, only thing was a problem I got blocked in!! So had to rush not the hotels fault just in considerate drivers to be honest
Cameron, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Very basic & average for the money spent.
Sanjay, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Rooms were ok, but warm. Window could be opened but street noise was too much then.
caspar, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Limited car parking ( squashed ) for only max 7 vehicles. Which for a hotel with around 18 rooms or more I felt this was inadequate. Otherwise, seems professionally managed with self entry, nice clean towels and room Pleanty of tea/coffee making supplies - Good _ and clean toilet/shower
Michael, 1-night trip

Over night stay

It says on the website that the hotel bar is available but no bar snacks but, the bar was not open at all if the facilities are not being open say so. Also not a fan of no hotel staff on site for advice or if things go wrong.
Ian, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Untruthful description.

This property is not as advertised, unstaffed, no bar, no restaurant and at best one step above a travellers hostel. Hotel should not be advertised as it is on Hotels.com.
Chris, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

One of the worst places visited. Not even a hotel. More of an airbnb. As soon as entering you get a really bad smell throughout the halls and room. Bedsheets smelled and not cleaned properly. Carpets very dirty. Bad customer services when we attempted to checkout. Never again!
adil, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Clean but tired.

Parking wars ! The hotel has about 8 useable parking spaces..get there early. Nobody replenished my coffee sachets and I had no Tea bags at all for 3 days. Wooden stick for stirring summed things up. Bathroom and bed clean..so not a bad stay. It was noisy, but that wasn’t the hotels fault. Overall..ok. I’d stay again if I could get it cheap..would be disappointed if I’d paid full price.

luton

car park too small, got a wake up call to move my van to let someone out since I got the last availanle space. bed comfy but no space to use laptop except sat on bed.

It was very disappointing and didn't feel safe. All the doors pretty much have the same code and there is no additional security when you get inside your room. We had to prop a chair up against the door. Bathroom was dark. Bedding wasn't great either. Check in was a bit strange too. It was great for one night but would not recommend for longer stays.

We won’t be back

On arrival the door code didn’t work so standing in the rain calling a number on the door isn’t really acceptable in 2022. Rubbish still in the door from last guests. Room stank of smoke and BO. Room 15 is right above the smoking area and window was open. Was awoken at 5am by someone ringing up the off-site reception to get another door code. Corridor smelt of cannabis all evening and night.
