The Inn at Cocoa Beach is the best place to stay.

A great place to stay that’s adults only. Very relaxing, comfortable and quiet. Nice pool and easy access to the beach. The Inn provides beach chairs and an umbrella upon request. Complimentary breakfast every morning provided by friendly staff. Coffee and tea always available and a social hour every day with assorted cheeses and wine. The Inn is near a lot of restaurants that’s walkable. This is our go to place when vacationing in Cocoa Beach.

Although the decor in the common area is slightly dated but still in fine condition, don’t let this deter you as the rooms are bright, fresh and modern and the welcome and service is second to none. Everything from the free cheese and wine, incredibly well stocked honesty bar and the superb home cooked breakfast, this hotel oozes charm. Loads of parking and great location for the beach and local bars and restaurants.

An excellent place to stay in Cocoa Beach.The rooms are lovely and open directly onto the pool area with the beach just a few steps away. We've stayed at The Inn at Cocoa Beach repeatedly because of its charming, small-hotel feel, whether enjoying breakfast on the patio or relaxing on our balcony with an ocean view. We particularly like having a vast expanse of beach only steps away. Everything was spotless. The two minor maintenance issues we reported were corrected immediately.
