The staff was nice and helpful. Also good English was spoken and instructions were clear to understand :). Coffee was great and also breakfast was superb. Only minus was that the room was pretty hot for me, but it is understandable since I have used to very low room temperatures.

I stayed at the Airport Hotel, Billund, which was very convenient for my early flight. The rooms were small and basic, with no frills. There were many families with kids, likely returning from Legoland, which made the atmosphere lively. It’s an okay place for a quick overnight stay but nothing special if you’re looking for more comfort or amenities.

great food at the kitchen downstairs, clean rooms and very comfy; But the heating was on all night too hot. Tried to open window to cool down the room but as the room was facing towards inner court it got noisy in the early morning hours.

Dangerous rooms, full of sharp objects

Booked a room with one bed, got a room with three beds cramped into very small space full of sharp objects. In general very dangerous room, you need a helmet and safety shoes to walk around, especially in the dark. Breakfast very poor, no scrambled eggs or bacon. Poor air-conditioning as well.

sauna or room - the same thing?

It is so hot in the rooms that in April with 6 degrees outside, you have to sleep with the window open (facing an airport). Price and quality are in no way related. When we arrived there were 5 people waiting for service, no one came. Only when we found a bell behind the counter did the service from the “office” come. The only reason to book this place is the location close to the airport - they overcharge for that.

Enkelt o smidigt att ta sig från hotellet till legoland/lalandia. Fräsch frukost men två dagar i rad var det slut på naturell yoghurt (vilket borde vara en basvara på hotellfrukost). En kväll med extremt lång väntetid på middag (1h från beställning). Många i personalen var vänliga men okunniga o flera av de som jobbade i arbetsledande positioner ganska arroganta.
