Family trip with my parents, rooms were comfortable and clean, loved the fact we could open the window to get some fresh air in the rooms. My parents had an issue with a lose tap and blocked shower drain, reported to reception and resolved by the time we came back from our day out, no complaint resolved quickly. Good buffet breakfast and staff very helpful. One recommendation would be to have bar snacks and light bites at lunch time, we would have socialised / had a few more drinks… on one day we went to the hotel next door… which was also lovely 😂

The hotel is a great place to stay,staff are extremely helpful and pleasant, our room overlooked the river and was very comfortable and warm, breakfast area was lovely overlooking the river serving a delicious breakfast, nothing too much much trouble and they were very welcoming, not our first visit too this hotel and wont be our last, Thank you very much indeed

Comprised of several attached, yet separate buildings. The Glen Mhor is located in a very ideal and convenient location along the river bank in City Centre. Our room was in the main building on the 3rd (top) floor and accessed by stairs (no lift), which was fine for us. The room was very spacious, bright, and well appointed. Being an older building, it has its quirks (creaky floors), but a lovely stay. It would have been nice if their were washcloths and Kleenex tissues available. There was no shampoo/rinse provided, but we travel with our own. A fun brewery/distillery/bar is on-site, and the included breakfast was served in their restaurant at the end of the row of buildings.

Brilliant stay in very comfortable and well equipped deluxe river room. Great location, ease of check in and out. On site distillery and taproom a wonderful bonus with knowledgable friendly staff and a great tour and tasting was undertaken. Brilliant location for Eden Court theatre just over the bridge. Clean and comfortable hotel in a central but quiet location. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Great bar and their own brews were excellent but a bit pricey. Breakfast buffet was OK.

Love that it’s also a distillery and brewery! They offer tours on the distillery and brewery and are great tours with a ton of info. The bar is great and they have a separate restaurant on-site. The staff was super nice and the drinks at the bar were fantastic!
