It is amazing hotel and I definitely will come back with my families the next time! Very warm and helpful staff who make me feel at home. I like welcome chocolate they offer and thanks for allocating me a room with the balcony. I love it when I wake up every morning I stay there. The best part is the breakfast in the garden. Beautiful dishes! Don't miss it! Have a cup of coffer or have a drink there. I would like to spend all day there!

Minor things to improve; Coffee machines in rooms are not user friendly; Seasonal fruit selection in the breakfast is very limited and very small portion; better variety of teas in the room (eg Green and fruit teas)

A beautiful boutique hotel. The service is exceptional. We stayed few weeks ago and provided strong positive feedback (a score of 10) but with minor points to improve. The hotel took all the comments on board and addressed the feedback. Normally, with a score of 10, most hotels will not bother. The hotel is very comfortable, feels like home. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and is located on a quaint square in one of the best areas of Lisbon. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Gonçalo and Maria, who were both incredibly helpful. Pedro took the time to speak to guests and ensure we were enjoying our stay. The reception and bar (as well as the rooms) are very tastefully decorated. The room was lovely, clean, and quiet. The breakfast is absolutely outstanding - the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Personnel during breakfast, from Olivia to Matilde, could not have been more attentive. Gabi made every effort to help us make last-minute reservations for a meal in Cascais, and the hotel recommendations for restaurants in Lisbon were fantastic. In short, we couldn't recommend the Hotel das Amoreiras enough, and hope to come back one day! Muito obrigado.

Excellent stay. Small is better! No gym ( regular user at home ) or pool, good ! Give yourself a rest by enjoying the local area and city, Go to the Kiosk in the square, it's not haute cuisine but beer, wine, toasties, pastries, coffee etc excellent value, sit in the sun and enjoy the moment. Breakfast 10/10. Fresh everything. The hotel is very close to a tram stop where the 24 will take you into the city centre and Rato Metro is 5 mins.walk. No restaurant in hotel for evening meals, this gets you out so you can eat at the many good local restaurants ( use trip to check ratings) All excellent at the hotel no glitz/glam but plenty of good service with a smile from staff who are always happy to help. Book it and enjoy it!

I can't say enough about this hotel and its staff. Everything was perfect from checkin through checkout. The staff is warm and welcoming. The hotel is a small boutique property with 20ish rooms that is very tastefully decorated. My room was very comfortable. They serve a delightful a la carte breakfast every morning with a wide range of choices and all dishes are executed perfectly. I don't think I've ever had a fruit plate that is so wonderfully presented and with such delectable fruit - clearly farm fresh. I really wanted to go to Michelin mentioned vegetarian restaurant Arkhe, and the staff worked the phones until they could get me a table on my last night in town. Plenty of excellent dining choices a short walk away. The hotel itself is on a quaint square with a little cafe/bar where you will see locals enjoying the summer. The staff gave me wonderful tips about what to see and do in Lisbon. I loved the location. It's close enough to the main tourist attractions but not in the heart of the touristy areas (which wouldn't be my taste). if you're looking for quiet understated elegance, Hoel Das Amoreiras is perfect.
