We really enjoyed our stay here, we stayed in the double deluxe room which had a good view of Sapanca lake. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the presentation was excellent. We also had great massages in the spa. The spa staff, one in particular, wasn't the most knowledgeable but the others were great.

Sapanca Stay

Richmond Nua Wellness is the best property in Sapanca in my opinion. It has an unbeatable location right by the lake, peaceful setting, comfortable accommodation and excellent spa facilities. It is an adult only hotel so if you are not traveling with kids, this is the place to stay in Sapanca. Our stay was excellent thanks to Guest Relation Manager Ms. Samia Mohamed. She has been quite helpful and showed us great hospitality. Richmond will be my number one choice in Sapanca

Gerçi Sapanca'yı görmek açısından iyi oldu, ama oteldeki yemek kalitesinden memnun kalmayarak yapmasak daha iyiydi tabii. Sonuç olarak, otel çok iyi biz gene gideriz,ama çok iyiden mükemmele gitmesi için, personal ve spa kalitesine yemek ve otel binası kalitesini de eklemesi lazım. 10 üzerinden 8.5 verirdim.
