Great stay, lovely room, spacious, really comfortable bed. Large bathroom very clean, I couldnt ask for more. If i come back to lile i will be looking at Novotel as my preferred hotel to stay in. Only negative was one of receptionists who was not very welcoming or helpful.

The hotel is very handy for the Eurostar and the room a good size. Good job I had my own shower gel / hand wash as none of the bottles had any in them. Air conditioning not great. Bed & bedding both ok but have seen better days. Carpets in hallways and room showing lots age. It is quiet despite the busy location.
