Zafer is very friendly and made it easy for us to get into the apartment. The space is basic but clean. The value for money is excellent. The Internet connection is a little slow at times, but not a problem for everyday needs. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown.

Very central apartment in a quite area. Spacious, clean and bright, with modern high quality furniture. King size bed with quality comfortable mattress and bedding. Host extremely friendly and helpful. Bonus having fridge, kettle with cups. Supermarket and shopping precinct on door step. Excellent accommodation at a superb price. Could not fault anything unless you are planning on eating in.

We loved our wee apartment for 2 nights in Bolu. We had a room each & my teenager even loved the little racing car bed! Zafer was SUPER helpful with our transport to places. He & his staff were ALWAYS super friendly, helpful & accommodating. Zafer is very good google translate. Our apartment was just what we needed for a restful 2 days. The street is quiet but close to the main eating area, where everyone was friendly too. The only thing that could have been better was to have some plates & cutlery to use for takeaway foods. We would gladly here again.

Karşılama ve otel sahibi iyiydi. Odamız güzeldi. Tek sıkıntı çok sıcaktı ve klima vs bir şey yoktu. Cam açınca içeri böcek doldu ve esmiyordu. Ama kahvaltı da fiyata dahildi. Tam fiyat performans bir konaklama yeri. Herkese tavsiye ederim

Öncelikle resepsiyondaki arkadaş ciddi anlamda ilgili ve alakalı Oda temizliği birilerine çene yormadan,olması gerektiği gibi siz odada yokken kendi kendine hallediliyor,oda temizliği gayet iyi,kahvaltısı idare eder (görevliler özellikle bone vs taksa daha iyi olur mutfakta ) Tek sıkıntım diğer katlarda içilen sigara oldu zaman zaman odamızın içi maalesef sigara kokusu ile doldu Otel odası içerisinde sigara içilmesinin yasaklanması lazım,içen balkonda içsin milletin içtiği sigara bizi rahatsız etti o konuda uyarı olsa iyi olur

Hotelin adı niye Deluxe bügüne kadar anlayamadım! Içi hiç bir yeri delux deyil! Her taraf girişte sigara kokuyor! Apartmanlar pis hiç iyi temizlenmiyor malesef. Giriş yaptıktan sonra hemen söyledim ama yinede pislikler daha önceki misafirlerden halen kalmış durumdaydı …hertaraf toz ve sıgara külü odada. Koçaman buzdolabı bozuk aynı bi fırın gibi sıcak buzdolabın içi. Söyledik ama ilgilen olmadı…. Bolu’da bundan daha çok çok iyi hoteler var!! Ben kesinlikle iyi yorumları anlayamıyorum! Ben kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum…Hayal kırıklığına uğradım! biz bir kaç hafta sonra yine Bolu’ya geleceğiz ama bu Hotele kesinlikle bir daha gelmem!

Güzel bir apart. Dışarısı -2 ⁰C iken bile hiç üşümedik. Sıcak su mevcut. İnternet biraz yavaş. Mutfakta kullanacağınız eşyaları kendiniz getirmelisiniz. Elekteikli ocağınız dahil. Merkeze çok yakın. Görevliler güler yüzlü ve yardımsever.
