Excellent location—truly. Beautiful lobby and lounges. The room was simple, but had everything we needed. Most important—and what merits the five stars—is the staff. To a person they were courteous, problem-solving, and made us feel welcome.

We had such a great stay here. The location was honestly one of the best parts—it was so easy to walk to a lot of the main attractions, which made everything really convenient. There are also many restaurants right outside the hotel, so we never had to go far for a great meal.
The hotel itself feels really elegant but still comfortable at the same time. Breakfast was so good—definitely something we looked forward to each morning—and there was plenty of it.
One thing I loved was the little lounge area where you could grab coffee or tea anytime. Having that available 24/7 was such a nice touch, especially after a long day out.
Overall, just a really lovely stay and I’d definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay! The manager and all staff were so friendly. The small riches : fresh water (and bottles) on each floor, the business salon with tea and coffee, and the amenities cupboard!
The only thing that was needed : a plug in the washroom . Clearly a man designed it - no where to dry your hair .. we had to use the plug for the kettle.

Location was perfect close to lots of major sites including TheNational Gallery, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben to name a few. Within easy walk to theatres. Hotel clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Room had everything you needed along with comfortable beds. There is a water station on each floor along with a cupboard to stock up on anything you may have forgotten: toothbrush, comb, sewing kits, extra tea/coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
