Good overall

Great hotel in a great location! The only downside was that it’s incredibly loud in the mornings when staying in the rooms that are facing the Central Station. If possible choose a lakeside room.

Perfect hotel for a short stay, the room had all the conveniences. A very nice lad checked me in, but he was swamped, a bit of a wait. Great location. Plain decor, but I didn’t mind that. Fantastic breakfast. Great value.

Few issues but overall a good stay.

A nice modern hotel with comfy beds. Lobby area with books and games and a bar and snack shop. We had a couple of small problems on arrival, one room needed bedding changed and had a sticky carpet. Bathroom becomes very slippery when using shower and no bath mat provided.

Don’t pay for extra space..

Exceptionally bad room. The “extra” space as offered was a completely useless corner, that looked into a Wall. The additional increase of rate for this large room was a rip off. Stayed at this Hotel many times- this was the worse. I am considering another hotel- this was disrespectful to their guests.

Bad experience ...

I got a real poor room - the toilet was really smelly and the view from the windows couldnt be much worse. If you opened the window anybody could just walk right in. I asked at the reception if they could do something about it - at least the smell. They told me they couldn't. I stay at hotels about 50 nights a year, as a touring musician. Hotel Kolding is not gonna be one of them in the future.

Super godt hotel ift. kvalitet af hotelværelse og madens kvalitet. Den unge mand i receptionen ved indtjekning kunne godt have været mere mentalt tilstede. Han kiggede næsten ikke op på os og spurgte om navn 2 gange, selvom vi minuttet inden lige havde sagt navn. Han kom på den måde til at fremstå fuldstændig uinteresseret i sit job og det gav et træls hak i serviceoplevelsen. Til gengæld var personalet i morgenmadsområdet søde og smilende.

Fint ophold bestående af 2 overnatninger. Der var fin morgenmad og værelset var stort og rummeligt. Dog var der 3-4 edderkopper på værelset, som ikke var blevet fjernet ved rengøring, og der var for højt til loftet til at man selv kunne gøre det. Jeg synes derfor, at der bør være bedre rengøring.

Bra hotell, alldeles för varmt i rummet, ingen AC svårt att sova pga värmen, sköna sängar. Hängde smutsig handduk kvar efter tidigare gäster. Personalen hade delade meningar om behovet av bokande av bord till frukost, någon sa att man skulle boka, annan sa att man inte behövde. Fantastiskt fint frukostbord.
