em relação a limpeza eu fiquei indignada, nunca havia me hospedado em um hotel com esse nível de desleixo.. muita sujeira; a bancada do banheiro empoeirada e com pêlos, o box encardido, tinha um cotonete alheio na lateral logo em baixo da cama. com relação ao café da manhã, foi a pior experiência; não tinha pratos para me servir, nem o pires, demoraram bastante para repor, as meses sujas, por muito tempo, não vi um funcionário limpar as mesas enquanto estávamos no restaurante. tivemos que limpar a mesa em que nos sentamos. o buffet estava incompleto; não repuseram os itens essenciais de café da manhã. 9:10am de um domingo! inacreditável! em 8 anos que me hospedo com frequência na rede, nunca presenciei algo parecido. o estacionamento ok, manobristas com agilidade e cautela com o veículo (R$55) atendimento no checkin e checkout ok, e às 4:45am um funcionário muito prestativo nos atendeu para servir-nos um copo com água quente um necessitávamos. em geral, os funcionários da recepção que salvaram a reputação do hotel, com cordialidade e agilidade.

A estadia em si condiz com as condições oferecidas na reserva, entretanto, o café da manhã deixou a desejar, alimentos muito repetitivos, e bolos dormido. Obs: Ficamos o pedido de 7 dias, e todos os dias eram os mesmos alimentos, sem nenhuma variedade.
