This is our second time staying at this property and would definitely do it again. Our family stayed in the trappers cabin and one of the hostel rooms. Both were in excellent condition. The view from the cabin is breathtaking. Convenient location to Glacier National Park.

Way to Go Glacier Homestead!

Great entry point into Montana Glacier National Park living. The hardest part was knowing what room to enter, but I failed to check email/text the day of, which included all the details. We stayed in a hostel (shared bathroom) style and it was perfect. Rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and when we ran into the property staffer, he was overly helpful and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

Missed the mark!

There are four “Mountain View” cabins on site. Three of them were built six years ago and I’m sure are lovely. They are set back off the highway. One of them is the original home on the property that has been renovated. The layout is fine but the water is not potable. They provide a water cooler. There is a strong sewer gas smell that comes from the laundry/kitchen area. And it is right on the highway. There were other things but those were the three major issues. I expressed my disappointment and they offered to move me to a large home off site. I had already unloaded the car and had a deadline for work so said no thank you. They credited me one night of my two night stay. So they did try to make it right. Do not stay in the “Highline” cabin. The other three look great. Proximity to Glacier National park was great.
